In addition to this Agreement, the User must agree to and comply with the Terms of Service (TOS) of such suppliers these third-party TOS, as updated from time to time, shall form an integral part of this Agreement. The User is solely responsible for reviewing and accepting such TOS before availing the relevant services/Products.
6. Services of VootHolidays are provided strictly on the condition that the User accepts them without any modification to the stated terms. Availing the services shall constitute acceptance of this Agreement and applicable TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should not use VootHolidays’ services.

1. By using VootHolidays’ services, the User authorizes VootHolidays to access third-party accounts, including but not limited to airline frequent flyer programs, travel booking platforms, and payment gateways, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s service request.
2. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided for such third-party accounts.
3. VootHolidays shall not be held liable for:
• Any errors, omissions, or delays by third-party service providers.
• Suspension, modification, or termination of third-party accounts.
• Unauthorized access to such accounts due to inaccurate credentials provided by the User.
4. The User agrees that the use of third-party accounts or services is entirely at their own risk, and VootHolidays shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising therefrom.
